Found Echo Appliance Repair while searching for a Panasonic service center in Los Angeles, CA. Our built-in microwave was on the fritz, and let's be honest, heating leftovers on the stove isn't fun. Gave them a call, easy peasy, and they scheduled me right away. The tech, super friendly and knew his stuff, turned up right on time, which was a relief. We all know how annoying those annoying wait times can be, right? Anyway, he got straight to it, diagnosed the issue quickly, and explained it in simple terms—none of that tech gobbledygook. Turns out, it was a faulty magnetron. Yeah, had no clue what that was, but he fixed it without a hitch. Microwave's back to running like a champ.
